Where do I find the items to bid on?
Click on the Items tab above.
How do I place a bid?
Bidding is easy from your phone, tablet, laptop or desktop. You can make a one-time bid or set a maximum bid that will bid items up automatically. Some items have a "buy it now" price, meaning you can win that item right away! Here's a short video on bidding.
What should I expect during the silent auction?
If you're outbid on an item, you'll receive a text with a link to bid again.
You can donate the cost of essential supplies, tools and equipment to the Arts and Active programs.
What happens after the auction ends?
When the auction closes on November 5, you'll receive a message about all of the items you've won. We'll contact you to determine shipping, handling and insurance costs, and prepare a final total for you. We'll let you know when you can expect to receive your items. If you live in the Roaring Fork Valley, we can arrange for you to pick it up instead!
What are the dimensions of the items? How will you handle shipping?
Estimated dimensions, weight, and details are in the item description for some items. Some of the glass items are very fragile or heavy, and will require special packaging and shipping if the item will not be picked up locally.
